Board term limits:

Elected Trustees shall be divided into three groups as nearly equal as possible. Trustees shall be elected by the Board of Trustees to serve for a period of three years unless elected to fill a vacancy or to accommodate an expansion of the Board, in which case a shorter term may be specified. An elected trustee who has served two full consecutive terms shall not be eligible for re-election until one year after his/her final term ended.
