For coming on 11 years HCEF friends have gathered together to honor unselfish heroes who work in our community advocating for the educational rights for all children, particularly the underserved and under-represented who are in crisis. On March 8, 2010, Hosts Morgan and Kathy O'Brien bestowed the Champions for Children Award on two such long-time friends and champions: Ralph J. Papa (Chairman, Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania) and Ruth Anne Papa.
