- Submit mid-year check-in report on Mini-Grant projects —
a one-page survey asking agencies to report on progress of projects, funds expended/funds remaining, and any challenges encountered
April 2012
- Site visits by members of the HCEF Mini-Grant Committee
May 2012
- Final Mini-Grant report due May 18, 2012 —
a comprehensive self-evaluation asking agencies to report on the impact of the project and the number of children/youth impacted
- Agencies must submit all receipts and invoices for money spent.
- Agencies are strongly encouraged to submit documentation of the grant projects, including but not limited to photos, written reflections, illustrations, parent/staff testimonials, pre/post-tests, surveys
